** Many players disliked the level due to its design despite being made in 1.9 and a notable level.
* The level's duration is 2m 1s.
* The level was ranked #25 in GDToday's 100 Greatest Levels of All Time list.
* The level was initially placed at #1 on the Demonlist on 14 Janauary 2019, above Artificial Ascent (#2).
** This addition pushed New Supersonic into the Legacy List for the first time.
** It is currently #26 on the ''High Refresh Rate'' Mobile Demonlist, above Sonic Wave Rebirth (#27) and below Requiem (#25), and #3 on the ''Low Refresh Rate'' Mobile Demonlist, above Sigma (#4) and below Cold Sweat (#2).
